Problem Statement

Wells Fargo needed to modernize the Deposits experience as part of a broader initiative to transition all digital properties to responsive design. While the strategic vision was clear, the challenge was in the execution: how do we redesign critical customer journeys for deposits in a way that is intuitive, scalable, and consistent with the broader Wells Fargo ecosystem?
